Five seat licences are available to establishments such as bookshops and certain charitable organisations.

The cost to subscribe is £27 for one year, £51 for two years or £75 for three years (price per 5 seat licence). Note: all prices quoted are subject to VAT.

Organisations and bookshops are allocated 5 seats per licence meaning up to 5 users can be logged on to the site simultaneously.

There are two ways in which users can access www.whonextguide.com.

• Username & Password – each user can be assigned a unique Username and Password
• IP Based Login – users can be automatically logged in based upon their computer’s IP address 

Access is configured via an easy to follow administration area of the website.
